Samson Dauda will receive a cash prize of $600,000.

Nigerian-born bodybuilder, Samson Dauda, has emerged as the winner of the 2024 Mr. Olympia competition held at the Las Vegas Convention Centre, USA. Dauda will receive a cash prize of $600,000.
The talented bodybuilder was crowned the champion over two former winners, Iranian and American bodybuilders, Hadi Choopran and Derek Lunsford. Choopran and Lunsford will receive $250,000 respectively.

Dauda was not the only Nigerian in the competition, as he was also competing against Andrew Jacked, a fellow countryman.
Samson Dauda is a Nigerian-British professional bodybuilder. In 2014, he began his bodybuilding career. Four years later, he participated in the EVLS Prague showdown and continued to join other competitions before he participated in his first Mr. Olympia competition where he claimed the 6th position.

In 2023, he won the Arnold Classic US and in the same year, he competed in the Mr. Olympia competition. This time, he clinched the third-place position. Now, he is the reigning champion of the 2024 Mr Olympia.
Mr. Olympia is a competition created to award professional bodybuilders. The competition, which was inaugurated in 1965, was created to celebrate bodybuilders and the craft.
